| Test Steps | 1. Navigate to HRMS → Company Policy. 2. Open an assigned company policy. 3. Read the policy details. 4. Click the Acknowledge button. 5. Confirm the acknowledgement if prompted. 6. Refresh the page and reopen the policy. |
| Expected Result | - The policy is acknowledged successfully. - The acknowledgement status changes to Acknowledged. - The employee cannot acknowledge the same policy again (if only one acknowledgement is allowed). - A success message is displayed. |
