| Steps to Reproduce | 1. Login to the application. 2. Navigate to Claim → Claim List. 3. Open any existing claim in Edit mode. 4. Observe the Claim Date field. |
| Actual Result | The calendar icon is vertically misaligned inside the Claim Date input field. |
| Expected Result | The calendar icon should be vertically centered and properly aligned within the Claim Date field, consistent with other input controls. |
