| Steps to Reproduce | 1. Open the Certificate Lists page. 2. Click the Course Name column header. 3. Observe the order of the records. 4. Click the column header again. |
| Expected Result | The records should be sorted alphabetically in ascending order on the first click and in descending order on the second click. |
| Actual Result | Clicking the Course Name column header does not sort the records. The displayed order remains unchanged. |
