| Test Data | Join Date: 09-05-2026; Leave Calculation Date: 18-01-2025 |
| Steps | 1. Navigate to HRMS → Employee. 2. Open an existing employee in Edit mode. 3. Note the Employee Join Date. 4. Enter/select a Leave Calculation Date earlier than the Join Date. 5. Click Save/Update. |
| Expected Result | System should restrict the Leave Calculation Date from being earlier than the Join Date and display an appropriate validation message such as "Leave Calculation Date cannot be earlier than Join Date." |
| Actual Result | Leave Calculation Date 18-01-2025 is allowed even though Join Date is 09-05-2026. |
