| Steps | 1. Login to the HRMS application with valid credentials. 2. Navigate to Attendance → Attendance List. 3. Click Create Manual Attendance. 4. Click the Select Employee dropdown. 5. Search for the offboarded employee using Employee Name or Employee ID. 6. Check the employee list. |
| Expected Result | The offboarded employee should not be displayed or selectable in the Select Employee dropdown. The system should prevent manual attendance entry for the offboarded employee. |
