| Steps | 1. Navigate to Skill Training → Certificate List. 2. Note the Total Courses count displayed on the Dashboard. 3. Count the actual course records displayed in the Certificate List table. 4. Compare the Dashboard count with the number of records in the list. 5. Verify the Active Courses count against the active course records as well. |
| Expected Result | The Dashboard Total Courses count should accurately match the number of applicable course records displayed in the Certificate List. The Active Courses count should also match the number of active course records. |
| Actual Result | Dashboard displays Total Courses = 2 and Active Courses = 2, whereas the Certificate List displays 3 course records. |
