| Test Steps | 1. Navigate to Claim > Claim List. 2. Open a Pending claim in View Mode. 3. Verify the Claim Status section. 4. Attempt to click the Accept or Decline button. |
| Expected Result | The claim should remain in read-only mode. The Accept and Decline buttons should be hidden or disabled, and the user should not be able to change the claim status. |
| Actual Result | The Accept and Decline buttons are enabled, allowing the user to change the claim status while in View Mode. |
